How can I double your business?

Your custom Internet marketing plan

If you want more online success but don't know where to start .. here's where.

I have a first class degree in Internet computing and a lifetime in PR and marketing. That comes together with lots of ongoing Internet marketing study. I'm a useful guy in a fast changing world.

Apparently Einstein said if he had an hour to save the world, he'd spend 59 minutes defining the problem and 1 minute solving it. I could bang on about how I can optimise your website for the search engines, how much I know about pay per click advertising, the secrets of information architecture, how to use Twitter and Facebook to best effect, brands and character or programming improvements to your website but those may not apply to your problem.

So unless you want a website like Amazon's for a very small budget (yes, people do), I can usually work out how to take you closer to your target within your budget. Sounds straightforward but that's not to be underestimated. An Internet marketing plan from me is the result of years of experience, testing, and judgment and takes into account not just the search engines and the users but also the technical side of your website .. how to make the best use of your assets. I'll weigh-up the effort required against the benefits and consider your resources, abilities and skills before recommending an action plan that is achievable and effective.

Once you have that you can decide what you want to do next. There will be actions you can take and actions I can do for you. You can take my plan and implement it all yourself, or it can form the basis of a contract of work and you can outsource almost all of it (hopefully to me).

So for the sort of clients I usually get I would be looking for about £299 to create that plan of action. Bear in mind it will contain lots of practical advice that you can do yourself so you don't have to spend any more than that. I know you might expect to receive a proposal for free, but for that price you are getting lots of my time, and I give that happily in the hope that you'll want more of me. If you're a larger company then the issues are more complex so expect a higher figure, and I do consider from time to time doing it for less if it seems right to do so.

Remember that I approach the problem in three parts, if that's appropriate. Generating traffic. Converting visitors to get your first sale or signup or interaction. Converting those one-time customers into loyal fans and advocates and managing your online reputation.
